Well, talk to the author of IOR (Anders Callertun), I've JUST (today) faxed him the specs for Sonofon's ISL protocol.
He's made support for all three swedish providers, and the plan is, it will auto-detect which service to use, and dial the appropriate number (until they allow forwarding from one net to another).
So he's hard at work by now (I hope :-)
